This is the only correct answer

>>80966715
It's shit
(look down-left CANNON)
They even get the poster idea from the breakfast club
>>80966715
It's the best one, just watch it
this guy >>80966815
Is a total faggot
>>80966815
Are all the sequels shit?
THE THING
>>80966715
It's a parody of the first. They didn't even try to do a proper sequel, and that's not a joke. I can appreciate the humor and stupid shit, but I would hesitate to call it any good.

Lick my plate, ya dog dick
>>80967107
That glorious scene when they are about to ring the doorbell.
I watched this more than any freddy/Jason/chucky/halloween film as a kid in the late 80s.
>>80967047
This. The Thing is tied with Alien as the best horror film ever made.
>>80966715
It's not.
>>80966961
Yes.
Sad that i haven't heard this yet.
Hellraiser is one of my favorite horror movies from the eighties.
>>80967107
this movie stands out because its super comfy. i have seen it several times just because i like the setting so much
The first The Evil Dead is laughably bad. It was so bad Sam Raimi realized he could make it intentionally funny and remade it and Evil Dead 2
>>80967824
Bad in which context?
>>80967755
If only Corey wasn't in it
>>80965904
Killer Klowns From Outer Space
Bad Taste
Return of the Living Dead
CHUD
>>80966034
Evil Dead II is the only horror comedy I can think of off the top of my head where the comedy helps accentuate the horror. Look at the scene when he's dancing with all the inanimate objects in the cabin. Sure it's goofy, but it's also unsettling to see Ash losing his goddamn mind like that.
>>80967824
The Evil Dead is low-budget, but I wouldn't call it bad. I mean, I guess it would be if you compared it to some major horror productions, but it's a competent film for what they had to work with. Nothing really exists in a vacuum.
>>80967965
Thanks, bad taste is goat
>>80967747
i love this movie because of the plot involving the cheating stepmother and hedonistic uncle. Instead of just random teens get murdered, they introduced an actual backstory and character motivations before shit got supernatural
Demons
The Beyond
The Stuff
Near Dark
From Beyond
Re-Animator
Slaughter High
Night of the Creeps
Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer
