OP, what did you think this was supposed to be? It's the culmination of a vidya movie adaption sponsored by one man's desire to see his waifu kick poorly animated CGI monsters over and over again, of course the final installment's going to be shit.

they had no fucking clue where the 'story' was going. alice's superpowers were immediately retconned, as well as her clone army.
every movie has basically the same mindless videogame plot, they even show us and alice a mapscreen at the beginning and tell us the objectives. there's really no reason to try and connect the dots.

oh so i may missed that..? so it was rushed the same way like the 4th begginning, where they killed all the clones (whom they freed in 3rd's end) in one scene.
The 5th beggining was kino tho, proper continuation of the last episodes end .... but even that was already done during the intro..
