The first couple episodes are actually a really compelling crime drama, but it goes off the rails pretty badly after that.

Fucking hated it, they reveal the twist a few episodes in for anyone that's paying the slightest bit of attention so the rest of the episodes feel useless.

Also the show was really horrific at times. New Zealand, by all accounts, is a fucked up horrible place.
