The acting is awful, it's dropped way back to like, Turbo levels. The acting in PR remained pretty corny and stiff until like Time Force but it steadily improved season over season, to the point that it was perfectly good in RPM, with a talented cast (as evidenced by the fact that several of them continued on to notable TV shows).

Bulk just improved this season

You know what's wrong? It's not just that the actin is bad, because much of the acting in Power Rangers is bad. It's only a few standouts that aren't like RPM and half of Time Force that are decent.

But the old series are ya know, old. MMPR looks like it was filmed on a VHS tape, it's incredibly 90s, etc. So it doesn't really stand out that the acting is mostly naff.

But this is in HD, in 2011 or 2012 or when this one is from, and for some reason it all just stands out starkly.
It doesn't help that everyone is bordering on Vypra levels en masse though.
