The latter sounds plausable in this case.

embargos are hilarious. Almost never do they lift to reveal a high quality movie. I do have hope for this, but that's just because I really really love the source material and want this to be good.

I fully expect, in my heart of hearts, to see this, and have it end up worse than the live action terra formars or any other anime adaptation released in the last decade.
