While I don't think Jungle Fury is bad by any means, it's not the most eventful and exciting, despite how good some characters are. You barely ever see anyone talking about it, it just flies under the radar. So people will likely skip that too.

Who are some of your favourite rangers that were not extra/special rangers? I heard a lot about Doggo, Tommy and Zhane, but little about members of the core teams.

I personally really like Adam because he neded up becoming a mentor figure for generations of rangers ahead, and the actor is actually a pretty good martial artist, so his out-of-suit fights look pretty great.

Jack and Sky from SPD are favourites of mine too, because their arc together was one of the most solid ones in the history fo the show. The episode when Sky fights the monster responsible for his father's death made me feel feels.

Doggo is the greatest ranger with Zhane right behind him. Adam is great. Joel from Lightspeed is /ourguy/. Cam from Ninja Storm is also awesome. Eric from Time Force is one of my favorites. SPD was great all-around. Weakest parts were the villains and the random explosions in the background that never seem to hit anyone, but that plagues all of the seasons since Wild Force.

But I agree - the season wouldn't have been the same without Kat or Doggo. But my favourite episode is not shadow - it is the one with the monster that killed Sky's father. It could escape through reflective surfaces and Sky had everything on his uniform and his eyes covered. But he got emotional about the death of his personal hero - his dad, and shed a tear that the monster escaped through.

The culmination of Jack and Sky arc where Jack gives him the red suit so that he can bring his father's killer in was one of the finest moments in the entire Power Rangers series.

The zords just got fucking one shot. What even is this? The other team zords went down too but they usually lasted a bit before getting blown up.

This feels like a testament to Overdrive as a whole.
