So they fucked up the original five rangers and now it looks like they've fucked up the green ranger. Seriously WHO THE FUCK designed these and how did they get approved? I get that it's a big budget movie and not a low-budget tv show so I expected changes. But the movie designs remove everything good and iconic about the original designs. These are barely recognizable as the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. On top of that they just don't look good period. If you try to disconnect them from the source material and judge the designs on their own they still look fucking bad.

Because these designs look like shit and the designers and the people who approved the designs deserve to be called out for how shitty they are. I would have been fine with them doing something different if it looked GOOD. For example, pic related doesn't look exactly like comic Captain America. But it still looks good. The problem with the movie Power Ranger designs is that they look very different from the source material and not in a good way.
