I loved how the big bads and the big goods in SPD were on similar power levels. It was refreshing compared to previous seasons where all rangers + some bullship 1-shot never-seen-before attack were needed.

The guys who made Ninja Storm and Dino Thunder left. And the guy who made SPD good was stuck in America because of Hurricane Katrina. The guy running this show for the next 4 years, Bruce Kalish, was seen as the worst guy to work on PR ever until Tzachor came back.
