It was mindless but enjoyable, but having too much of the same goofy thing is repetative dribble, and it needs to stop.
The direction wasn't bad with Logan being this gritty old man figure, soon becoming closer with (the entire movies plot device) Laura. Although considering it was a Cape film it's difficult to take seriously.
