My art teacher in HS obsessed over this movie and Black Flag. She was not cute but had impeccable taste in cult movies and music. I ate lunch in her room a few times (like a loser) she let me borrow the movie once and I never returned it. I have watched it at least a dozen times since. Has become one of my favorite movies to show people for whatever reason. Most people just adore it after first viewing.
