honestly just check them out they have a lot of good ones so just start with the 1st season and go from there. the thing about the outer limits is that usually the endings go into fucked up territory although they do have the rare feel good eps.
I do suggest going in order because some of the later episodes are sometimes have follow ups. one is even this weird clip show one.

Good, but old-school Outer Limits will freak you out a hell of a lot more. TZ tended to be twist ending stuff while Outer Limits could really screw you up.
