These would have aired in the U.S. around 1996-1999 but I have no idea which channel they were on.
Going into and out of commercial breaks, there would be little vignettes with a bunch of crazy shit happening in a kids bedroom.
The only one I can remember semi-clearly involved (what I believe was) a pet turtle running away from a model train that was chasing it.
It may have been stop motion.
Does anyone know what the Hell I'm talking about?

Thanks for the bump.

Not really, maybe Nick? Their bumpers were kino and many of them stop motion

I was like 25 yo back then, and I don't remember any of that
I'd recommend asking over here instead if you want an actual answer.

HOW DID THEY GET AWAY WITH IT
>>80724627
I don't think it was on CN or Nickelodeon.
I believe it was on a primarily non-cartoon/kid network but during an kid-oriented programming block.

I also think it was closer to 1998/1999 but I don't want to say that for sure.

Was considering asking Reddit but I genuinely hate their posting system.

Why on Earth was a kid's channel using 50s melodies in the 90s? That's the real question.

Done by a black doowop group called the Jive Five. This was their big hit.
