Better than CGI.

this movie scared me from going into pools myself until I was 11 years old and lake/ocean water until I was 19. I can now jump into my local lake and swim out to the far floating dock by myself, but I really have to try and not focus on this scene and john williams music.

Personally, this is what scared me away from open ocean. I never had a problem with pools or the beach, but open ocean? Fuck that. Especially after watching this.

>the way it just slowly, smoothly, inexorably glides right in and bye bye sneaker
I love everything about this movie.
Any of you guys seen The Beast? Straight-to-TV movie in the vein of Jaws but with a giant squid instead. The acting is bad except for the lead who's also the main guy in one of the CSI shows.

fucking lake sharks
CGI is overused in all the wrong ways nowadays. theres no cinematography to it anymore, its basically just video cutscenes at this point.
