It's really easy to make the gravy, pound of ground sausage in a pan. Cook until fully done, then throw in a bunch of flower, stir around, then pour enough whole milk in to cover most of the sausage, and a good amount of black pepper, then simmer until thick. If too thin then add some cornstarch. Piss easy to make, and I can't really give precise measurements as it's more of an eyeballing thing.
