one of the funniest snippets of media, not just commercials, of all time

the opening shot of the scene is perfect. it immediately establishes itself as an advertisement for cereal, while not being jarring and slapping a giant logo in the middle of the screen like other commercials these days. the director lets you know right off the bat that jt's all about raisin bran by framing it dead center. but the thing that gets me is how real this feels. the director manages to make this feel like we just caught these workers as they sat down for breakfast. the little details he adds like the black guy walking in and out of the frame in the background, to the milk pouring scene where the gallon of milk is slightly empty from the other two guys just makes it that much better. The dialogue is tarintino-esque, it doesn't feel forced or contrived, and the actors manage to nail their delivery with each line. and the punchline, that lovable autistic, goofy looking motherfucker delivers the line of the century with "ello guv'na".this was curb your enthusiasm before it was even a thing. that awkward silence at the end with the cut to music is just masterfully done.
