Give me your honest opinion of this man
a misunderstood genius.

Cunt

Good ideas man, great visionary, is terrible when in absolute control. Needs other creative input to balance his crazy ideas.
>>80632842
Its a pity he gets a bad rap for Indy 4 and the prequels because in interviews he knows a shitload about the business
>>80632747
He should have stayed as "the ideas guy" at Lucasfilms.
Still better than the fucking monkeys working at Disney on his work's corpse tho.
another 70s film icon who couldn't adapt to modern cinema cus he thought computers can just do everything
Autist who can have interesting ideas but can't write and direct a good movie without being surrounded by more talented people.
>>80632747
He deserves to be dead inside

C'mon, that's a fucking hard thing to say.
The poor old man already sold his child to the white slavers.
And the said slavers trashed his script for the Sequel Trilogy.
That's enough cuckery for one's lifetime.
giving star wars to disney is unforgivable
he could have given it to literally anyone else
disney is actually evil

>at least it will all be over soon
>>80634603
It could be worse
Imagine if it was Sony

Pretty much this. It's also pretty obvious how incredibly self-conscious he is about his own lack off writing and directing talent. He's perfectly willing to admit he's a shitty writer and doesn't like directing, but at the same time, he's put a concentrated effort into erasing everyone else from Lucasfilm's history to make it seem like he's a visionary genius who did it all on his own. He also has an incredibly thin skin when it comes to criticism.
>>80634603
He did it to spite the fanbase.
>mfw the 5,000,000,000USD has never been recorded as ever being donated to charity
Star Wars would be unwatchable without John Williams' score.
The films have no genuine emotion or development, reflecting the slapdash nature of the OT as being connected or part of an ongoing story even though it's not.
"Star Wars" was great, everything after is just self-flagellation.
