I miss movies like this.
This is really fun.

Me too. They were fun and silly, but also very sincere.
Although I felt Mad Max and Rogue One came close to the spirit at times. Maybe there will be a resurgence?
>>80630112
Chris Pratt should've done an Uncharted movie three years ago.
80's Indiana Jones
90's Rick O'Connell
00's ???
10's ???
We're missing jaunty adventure kino.
Is there anything cooler than this guy?

National Treasure series
>>80631835
Yeah, those are my guilty pleasure. I used to watch them before going to sleep, fuck me if I know why but they were comfy.
>tfw we will never ever have an adventure movie as good as Indiana Jones series
>>80632787
Same, they're actually really good. Pretty underrated.
>>80630112
Hey, O'Connell!
>>80633268
Hey Benny! Looks to me like you're on the WRONG SIDE OF THE RIVER
Has there even been a good adventure kino since the 2nd Pirates of the Caribbean?
>>80630112
I miss the guy who played O'Connell
what happened to him?
>>80630112
gods of egypt came to bring back glorious 90s cheesy egyptkino but we were told to hate it and so we crucified our savior. thanks reddit
>>80633959
This movie was trash. Literally not a single redeeming feature
>>80630173
Mad Max sure, but Rogue One felt like a cash grab through and through.
>>80634099
i agree. too much adventure and humor. everyone should have been depressed and brooding. also too colorful, should have been grey and dark and raining. the music was also too uplifting. i also hated that they adapted a story from egyptian mythology, i don't like things that i haven't already seen countless times.
>>80634291
The action was garbage, the humor wasn't humerous, and Egyptian mythology is shit-tier.

you must go back
I had the biggest boner for Weisz back then, still do to be honest.
>>80634980
This. Can you believe Daniel Craig got to knock her up?
>>80635206
Lucky bastard I guess. I liked her in The Fountain too.
