What's John Carpenter's best film?
>>80601012
Is this a meme or do people seriously like Escape from LA? I've only seen praise for it recently.
>>80601090
I think people who hate fun find the parody aspects too stupid but it was spot on for me. All carpenter's humor is great
That one with Kurt Russell
>there are people in this thread who don't read Sutter Cane
Obviously The Thing.

Probably his best film of the later part of his career.

literally came to post this, word for word
The Thing followed by Halloween
>Escape From New York
>The Thing
>Halloween
Also do people really not read Sutter Cane in this thread?

Big trouble in little china
John carpenter is my favorite director. The atmosphere in his movies are always so comfy. It's a shame Hollywood kiked him over and he never received the praise he deserved until it was too late.
His best movie id go with the thing followed by Halloween then big trouble in little China
