Most difficult movie I've ever seen. I had to consult several guides all over the internet and still haven't comprehend it completely.

Primer. Made for around $7,000 and somehow ended up being the most mind blowing and confusing films of all time. I've never met anyone who understood it completely on the first viewing. It's not that it's poorly conveyed, it's that the themes are so complicated in nature that it's almost impossible to comprehend.
