Hounds of Love is definitely her best album as a complete album, but actually none of my faves are on it.

But I think that may be my fault. Running Up That Hill and the title track are brilliant, but I've heard them too many times, and I can't think of Cloudbusting without thinking Utah Saints. (Although when I had it on vinyl, I could just play side B first.)

According to a former Futurama writer, The Simpsons and Futurama have an explicit continuity rule that the Doctor must always have his TARDIS if seen in any kind of alternate timeline, but not if seen in the main timeline.

I don't think many other shows put rules about how other shows will be referenced in easter eggs in their writers bibles.

And of course it's both real and fictional (and metafictional). 4, Tom Baker dressed as 4 at a con, and the Spirit of Television have all appeared. The last time I watched an episode, London's police force was Daleks in 1960s PC hats, and Prime Minister Benedict Cumberbatch had a sign saying something like "Don't worry, I'm not the Master, I'm the other one". Although Homer thinking anyone with a British accent is Doctor Who is probably their funniest one.

If you create a new account in the same address range as one that just got banned, unless your ISP uses a very wide range or there just happen to be multiple valid accounts in that same range, it looks suspicious, and there are scripts that can flag it for an admin to look at.

The use of VPNs are supposedly banned on 4chan, or at least you'll be permabanned for using one. I guess if you get banned alot from places it might be worth it, but It seems like a bigger pain in the ass than just keeping your nose clean to me(though im a techno-novice and am easily confused). If it's a rare occurrence, being banned just reset your router and clear your cache.

Yes, a VPN will get around IP range flagging (unless someone happened to get banned at the same time as you while using the same VPN you just started using, which isn't very likely).

But using a VPN is in itself suspicious to some admins. Especially for someone signing up right after a surge of bans. (Although there may also be a surge in legit accounts since the trailer?) Do their rules say anything about using one?

Here's some tips I found:

>Always try the "contact us" link before trying to circumvent the ban. Whenever a forum gets overzealous with banning, they ban a few legit users, and they usually realise that. Most people who contact them just write "¤¤¤¤ing ¤¤¤¤ you you ¤¤¤¤ing ¤¤¤¤" or write tedious arguments about how someone else did something worse so it's not fair they got banned. If you sound polite and reasonable, and you either didn't actually break the rules, or did but can sound like you legitimately didn't realize it and are remorseful, they may unban you. If you were banned during a flurry of problems, apologizing for (inadvertently) contributing to the mess they have to clean up always sounds good.
