You never know how an employer will react to an injury on the property, most companies will only try and get away with giving you workman's comp while you heal, but they'll try and get out of medical costs. The owner of the company was nice enough to pay for the emergency room visit though, he was an older client of mine so he was probably extending an olive branch for me not to sue him.
