Someone give me a quick rundown on the logic behind, and evidence for, jarjar being a sith.

Because the idea is retarded enough that I both think Lucas would have thought of it for the ebin twist for the trilogy and that he would have fucked the implementation of the character up so badly in episode one so as to make it unworkable.
