I saw Sheena Ringo's "God Nor Buddha" music video out of random clicking (learned about the artist from the Tokyo 2020 Olympics teaser)...

...and I was pretty interested in the characters, especially the black swordsman (1:03) and the bearded white-robed man (1:11). I thought I'd search the director (the end credits say Kodama Yuichi), but turns out he does only commercials.

What kind of movies that kinda touch close to that video's...aesthetic or concept (minus the modern instruments, of course)? Looks like a mish-mash of feudal-setting samurai + horror?
