Before this thread gets ruined too, I personally find it to be one of the funniest shows ive seen in years, partially because it hits pretty close to home, but mostly due to the dedication to great dialogue that too many comedies have been lacking lately

Dialogue is pretty fast-paced so it's not something to put on in the background because you're liable to miss a bunch of stuff.

Some of the jokes might go over your head at first since there's a lot of Canadian slang but most of the time you can figure it out from the context.

I can definitely agree with you that they are the same genre, but letterkenny feels like something that hasn't really been done before. however i guess people are always gunna have to compare it to something and the only other option is TPB.

I love both shows but I'm just tired of people on this site spreading the misconception that it's a TPB ripoff when they try so hard to be the first with a lot of their character types.
