Best spoof is between Young Frankenstein and Airplane. (honorable mention to Police Squad/Naked Gun)

Best original comedy for me is The Producers, everybody in that film delivers pitch perfect comedic performances. Probably the best cast Mel ever worked with.

Best black comedy is Withnail and I.

Best unintentional comedy is probably M. Night's The Happening. It feels like a Neil Breen film but with proper money behind it which only makes it more laughable.

Of course. its got a fair amount of action but its definitely a goofy high concept comedy at heart.

Its not my favourite but its undoubtedly an excellent example of how to make broad but still entertaining blockbuster comedy for the masses. Shame about the sequels though.
