There were no blacks in Alexander's army, and there would have been very few blacks in the Persian army. Even in the empire's golden days, when they controlled Kush (i.e. northern Sudan), the black African troops would only have numbered a few thousand - and likely rarely seen in armies operating on other frontiers of the empire. Half the Achaemenid fleet was based in Egypt and crewed by Egyptians so there would probably have been a few blacks in there too, but most Egyptians are definitely not black.
