Which one from both a technical and entertainment standpoint was the superior film /tv/?

>I haven't gone to see either yet and I've heard such great things from both. I'd personally much rather go see Kong due to the entertainment value and because it's in IMAX where I live. Is Logan more worth my time and money though? Ugh I can't decide...

saw them both today. Theater had a special for saturday mornings and both tickets cost me 4 dollars each. snuck in a colt45 since my kino is located in bumfuck arizona.
