Well, movies had a hundred years and haven't surpassed books yet so i don't see why games would surpass movies any time soon.
Although to be fair, games had even less time and are getting much closer, so there's that.

I guess I'm the pleb but the last of us was the most generic zombie story I've seen in years, that and the gameplay was fucking awful.
