That's the one they mention on the radio in upstate New York. They say it injured hundred and they named how many mutants it killed. It wasn't a very high number, so you could assume it was just the core X-Men team that were at the X-Mansion. They probably died because they were in such close proximity as opposed to the hundreds of humans in the city.

Her skeleton isn't made of adamantium, just her claws.

It was the adamantium poisoning brought on due to dimished healing process, which was caused by the anti mutant chemical in food and water.

Dofp future timeline took place a few years before Logan and in that year both Logan and Charles were perfectly fine. The anti mutant chemical is what fucked them up so bad. However Charles could of just naturally developed the brain disease like any old person could
