Jessica jones was fucking terrible. Terrible. Purple man in the comics is actually an interesting villain, plays a lot of mindgames, breaks the 4th wall, has a weird twisted relationship with Jessica. His impact on people was much much better in comics. Idk if it was the actor or the script(probably both) but i was very disappointed. It's a damn shame.

I think the actress for Jessica could do a good job, had even alright scenes but it just failed. Critics praised it so masses said it's good, but it was pure shit.

Danny Rand the Iron Fist is such a nothing character he has barely had any comics of his own and is a supporting character at best. Nobody is an Iron Fist fan. Everything interesting about him is about something or someone else, like K'un-Lun, and all the others striving to be Iron Fist. Even Brubaker's fantastic Immortal Iron Fist run was credited more with breathing life into that world rather than Danny Rand himself.

They should not have split him and Cage apart.

Power Man and Iron Fist could have been a light hearted addition to the grimdark edgy route the Netflix series all seem to have taken. Yeah I said it. Heaven knows those Netflix shows could use the quips, they are fucking demoralising and a drain to watch. And too long. This is something that an honest-to-god DC fan wouldn't have the thinking capacity to perform simply because they would actually make the effort to compare Iron Fist with any other Netflix series regardless of who produced it. To go far out and compare it to Arrrow, of all fucking things, is something only a person who had reviewed it would have done because they just learned of the similarity of Oliver/Danny having a somewhat similar backstory correlation of having a been a rich, white person.

because of the fact that Arrow wa big before culture politics was a thing and Iron Fist Came after, they don't take into consideration where actual comic book fans of any sort would know where to draw the line.
