okay so this is the third time this has hppened. First time it was revealed to us pretty quick with Reverse-Flash (half the intrigue was the dramatic irony of the audience knowing and Barry not knowing).

they didn't it's 3 straight seasons of mystery identity evil speedsters as the "big bads" and it's gotten old and boring and the show has steadily been going slowly downhill because of it

In Arrow I called it that the new DA was either Prometheus or Vigilante.
