Which leads to my revelation when watching this film, mutants in general are really dangerous. The typical counter to this is that the X-Men counter bad mutants, but any time they do battle they leave a wake of destruction behind them. The gore is boring because it's just dismemberment/decapitation with big splashes of blood and no visceral detail.
The swearing is boring and an immature approach to making something more 'mature'.
The nudity is... literally just a token 3 seconds of tits. Deadpool did the same thing. Directors know it's expected but are terrified of adding in actual sensual nudity with an impact because feminists would rip them a new one. And the only people who want floppy dongs in their films are GoT fans.
