I wouldn't put anyone in the triple role that Sellers did. Each of those parts would be a separate actor. Paul Giamatti as the president, Colin Firth as colonel Mandrake, and Christoph Waltz as Dr Strangelove. John Goodman could play major Kong, and JK Simmonds could be general Ripper.

Oh, and I'd have Walton Goggins play general Buck Turgidson
