ITT movies I watched a lot as a kid
how the fuck am i supposed to know what you watched when you were a kid?
>>80115112
I remember I didn't have the beginning part of it taped, so I could only watch like the last 2/3 of the movie, but still, I loved it. Same with TMNT 2.
>>80115292
Welcome to 4chan levels of grammatical correctness.
>>80115112
Independence day, my man. I had it on vhs and i watched everyday in the mornings for the whole summer. literally the best summer of my life.
>>80115313
>TMNT 2
Would watch this all the time as a kid because it was a cartoon.
op let me know more movies you watched as a kid
Also, The Pagemaster
>>80115398

I remember watching this like 5 times in a row as a kid.

I was a little late. did like the original show, had a VHS of it in a clamshell case of the first 3 episodes
also liked Angela Anaconda, and had the Digimon movie on VHS
of course best song was barenaked ladies
>>80116053
The "skinny wieners" bit is still one of my favorite lines.
Still one of my favourite disney movies. I love the songs

>>80115379
why did those cops arrest Chandler Bing?
>>80115900
The second movie got played in our house constantly.
Otherwise just animated Disney's, Goosebumps, vidya stuff (sanic and pokemon mostly) and random crap like Dunston Checks In.
I watched The Mask quite a bit. Most watched movie as a kid was probably Terminator 2 though. I even had the "making of" movie. Luckily I had a cool uncle who would let me borrow his VHSs and my mom didn't really care what I watched. T2, Aliens, and Predator were favorites.
>>80116428
>watch it anon
>>80116148
this was the shit. recently rewatched it. loved the maid
>>80118563
I meant watch the movie

>also wrestling coach has pigs for some reason
>pig acts like dogs because she played with my two german shepherds growing up
>became 140lb guard beast
>killed neighbor's Akita when it dug into our yard to attack said pig
>had to put her down when she was 14 years old
I miss that damn pig so much
>you can fly
>you can fight
>and you can CAWWWW CAWW CAWWWWW
The music still holds up to this day, I rewatch it from time to time still.
>>80115236
i watch this movie and read the book with 12 years old
>>80116148
I used to watch that all the time when I was a kid. I had a copy on VHS that my older brother taped off the TV, and for some reason, they edited out the part where Tim Curry steps in the dog shit, so it used to make no sense to me why everyone was smelling their shoes.
>kids today will never know what it was like growing up only having a TV version of a movie and not realizing until like 10 years later something was totally different/left out.
>>80115112

I watched this again for the first time in 20 years a few months back. Despite having literally nothing in common with the source material at all, it's actually not a bad movie. It's certainly got imagination and balls, and the whole Koopa dystopia theme was actually pretty cool. There were just a lot "what the flying fuck" moments in it, and needless fanservice.
>>80119328
This. And even better, the sequel Babe Pig in the City.

This was my favorite movie for years and years as a kid. Loved the whole scenario, Riddick, the ayyylmaos, the weird scenario they were put it, all the sci-fi shit, etc. You get it, I liked it.
Imagine my face when learning it had sequels wayyy later that follow Riddick. I had to fucking watch them right then. I was disappointed though. Seemed the movies went from cool sci-fi thriller where you dont even really know who to want to live, to generic action hero movie with a super jacked and cool main dude against a mean oppressive bad guy.

Well, there was two or three scenes with baseball. A scene in japan where Colt takes a blue color guys place and fights in the next match. A training segment where TumTum tries to become a sumo guy. The bad guy has his bodyguard guy throw his nephew and dorks into a pool. Also the bad guys trying raid the cabin for the knife
