Is Twin Peaks a comedy? How often do you laugh while watching it?

This shit was boring, not even the surreal parts I found that surreal. I could see why normies find it so quirky and weird though

Watch it, at least the first season. It's only 8 episodes and it's incredibly great. The second one is not so good, it falls continuously down and down until the final episode, which is an unforgettable classic.
