Yes, German here. It was issued as part of the Kino Kontrovers dvd series which focuses on daring arthouse films. Salo, Michael, Punishment Park, Tyrannosaur and God Bless America were released in this line for example.

This intrigues me. I had a main circle of friends I dumped a handful of years back now and one of the three main people was a guy, a drummer. Of everyone I ever met in life he was the only I would ever say had "potential" as he was in general very amiable, handsome in his own right, was holding down a solid job, etc. yet he, a drummer, liked metal so much that he bought into the fashion of it so he dressed like shit, covered himself in exceedingly atrocious tattoos (protip, all of them are vile), and had decided that this one fat chick with equally gross tattoos, had zero couth, and legit dumped him after years, fucked the band's guitarist for like a year and a half right in front of his face, was the girl for him as he then he fucking married her given the chance.

All I know is that I'm glad as hell I don't know any of those people anymore and that drummers are turbo pathetic humans.
