East India Trading Company shills are sliding this thread so hard. Don't let them win!
I bet there's a visual gag involving something going through that hole guy on the left, or someone looking through his hole up close.
We welcome you to /lbg/>>80068191
Fellow pirates :^D

>Aah monkey!
Any money the monkey climbs inside of him distracting him and Jack Spah Roe saves the day
>>80075742
I was thinking someone will go to stab or shoot him and end up hitting somebody else behind him instead.
The best parts of Stranger tides were when they were in London.

The coloring in the scene where Barbossa got to Whitecap Bay was insane. Also sort of bummed we didn't get to see a proper Spanish vs British naval battle, even though that scene was pretty cool too. In fact the best naval battle we got in that movie was when Blackbeard fried that kid in the dinghy. That's probably the biggest issue with that film.
Oh god they're getting attacked by The Cure fans

I still cant believe the original was up for so long

Fucking queers and retards
So what is Salazar's "power"?
In trailers it looks like he's walking underwater but above water. Or something like anti-gravity or whatever, like he's floating around.
What's that all about then?
>>80076809
>So what is Salazar's "power"?
hes undead lmao
>>80076772
LOL. I thought the same thing when i first saw it. Is it gone forever?
>>80077251
That's the "power" of every villain in this franchise so far.
>>80077360
Not exactly, here's a quick rundown
>Cursed mutineer pirates and bureaucratic Brits lmao
>Fish people lmao
>More fish people and Brits lmao
>Voodoo zombie pirates lmao
and now
>Undead vengeful Spaniards lmao
>>80077506
Dude all of them qualified as undead
Barbossa was literally undead.
Davy Jones would just come back if killed, hence undead
Salazar is apparently undead too
>>80077506
Those are all variations of 'undead'
>>80077651
Barbossa wasn't undead in the first one, he was cursed into having all the traits of a dead man ("can't feel the warmth of a woman, can't taste the spray of the sea, food does not satisfy")
Both Barbossa and Jones are closer to being "unkillable/cursed" than "undead" since neither of them were dead before they were villains.
Either way my post was just a meme, they're all the same bad guy
>>80077879
tia dalma literally says barbarossa was dead
>>80077879
you're arguing semantics bro
Thinking of watching Black Sails, is it any good? Heard S1 is meh in comparison to the rest, should I start with S2?
>>80079178
I like it and started from the beginning. Just got done watching the latest episode.
>>80075395
How are these movies still coming out?
>>80079559
There're good fun, aside maybe Stranger Tides

mmm

I just kind of stopped hearing about their existence after At World's End, but here and there I see that somehow they're still being made.
It feels odd that so many of the same names that were in theaters when I was a kid are still there.
I hope it's good. I still enjoy watching these, even the last one people didn't seem to like.
