That scene is so long and not the best but it's my fav movie so I'm down to watch redux/non redux.
yes 25 minutes
wtf were they thinking
*takes long drag from vape*
*holds it in for a bit and blows it all in a huge cloud*
*smirks proud and smug*
>"The French scene is boring! There's like no action it's lame they need more explosionz!"
>marlon brando shows up
>he looks like a fat dike
and dropped

You've been using this same picture with that filename.
>>80070772
redux is shit and the news scenes ruin the movie
>>80070489
>he doesn't appreciate the thematic relevance of the dying french colonies in korea
LMAO XDD
just finished it
i regret watching the last hour
boring piece of shit
>>80071130
There's already hardly any action in the movie so this makes no sense.
>>80072209
redux is superior version, adds more depth to the movie
Apocalypse Now: Redux is almost as bad as Amadeus: Director's Cut
>>80072862
The French colonial shit didn't add depth to the movie. It was an interesting little side story, but it really added nothing to the film.
>>80070489
>Spent days, and lost numerous lives going down this river in Charlie territory
>Could have just had a chopper fly them into French house that was right around the corner from Brando's place
>>80070489
only the french coul drop themselves like they did in redux. le kek
French is shit.
>>80072925
>not knowing how big and dense cambodia is
altho brando weighed 500 pounds it would be like trying to find a needle in a haystack by air.
>>80072209
the playboy bunnies were cringy like watching laci green tryna get fucked by grunts
>>80071130
puts whole french scene back in. leaves out willard choking out a thai hooker in the intro and willard bayoneting a gook boy at the end.

I watched Redux the first time I saw this movie. It turned a war movie into an epic imo, the feeling when they finally reached their destination was very satisfying.
Also i'm glad i did after seeing the Hearts of Darkness documentary
