If we go by AoS (which I will since I don't read comics), Inhumanism is a genetic trait in some people as a result of Kree (alien) genetic manipulation generations ago.

Those with the gene, when exposed to Terrigen Mists, undergo a pokemon-esque evolution sequence and emerge with superpowers.

This genetic trait means they are all related, by tracing bloodlines back far enough to the Kree.

The thing is, we don't know if that's really Black Bolt or not since it happened around Secret Invasion. With that being said, Black Bolt will put up with a lot of shit when it comes to his brother. He didn't care the first couple of times he overthrew him, but he does have a limit. The last time he reached it he disintergrated his brother's arms, and Maximus eventually got over it because he knows the consequences when he fucks with his man-god of a brother.

Hyped for BB powers. Other than that Royal family is pointless and weightless
