Which Saw movie was the best? The worst?
Dunno, I never saw saw.

First one is pretty good. More of a crime thriller with horror elements.
Second one is okay, but already the quality is going downhill.
Three is barely watchable.
I don't even remember which one is which after that, it's all interchangeable garbage for teenagers with mental problems.
I'm a Saw fanboy. My definitive rating:
1 - the classic
4 - the story with the cop is solid and the background of John makes his character much more complex
7 - the contrast between Hoffman and John and what motivates them is great
5 - Strahm vs Hoffman is fun
3 - Amanda is annoying
2 - see 3
6 - the insurance stuff was way too much
The puzzles got more and more dickish as the movies went on. Especially the later ones where your mistakes would doom others.
My favorite was the one where a group of people had to work together because the end they had to donate 8 ounces of blood or something to escape (even though they could've just pissed into it I know)
My least favorite was the one in the crack house where the junkie was the bad girl (tweest)
I watched them all but I don't remember shit.
1 is the best though.

That was the idea. The original jigsaw was an idealist, the second Jigsaw was just a sick piece of shit

Pretty much this. It's difficult to recall what happened in which. They all just blur together.

1st was good
2nd was the one where they were all trapped in a house, right? That was probably my least favorite
Don't remember 3 or 4
5 was the one where they had to work together, right? that wasn't as bad as 2 but not my favorite
Didn't see 6
I liked the one with the fat pervy guy and the wristcutter who had to go through barbed wire. That was 3 I think.

Saw 4 is generally terrible. 5 has the best actual trap scenario so it's automatically better than 4.
This garbage series is the cinematic end game of our entertainment industry, finally managing to turn the most disgusting violence into a form of pornography. A vomit-inducing swill of Orwell, Huxley and every other dystopian vision of a future humanity that masturbates its soul to the very lowest possible animal instinct stimulators.First was the best

I agree with this ranking
These movies seem to confuse horror with shock
