He's pretty good at making local humor funny to a general audience. Anybody who's waited on a bus in glasgow has looked at that bus and wondered "where the fuck is yoker?" It's one of those places you have no reason to be unless you live there. The tower being shut at the end of the sketch where he's pointing at himself is another good example.

Here, that reminds me. I used to see buses going to "mount Florida" from central. I imagined it was some great place where everything was sunny and warm, and sort of like a secret wee dimension not really in Glasgow. Then one day I stumbled out of an after party, coming down like fuck, and there I was, mount Florida. It was shite.
