Any one with a medical background would be helpful in this situation. It wouldn't have to be a "Doctor". They'e already showed this with Herschel & Fatty Mc Flat Tits. It'd be more like an emergency room situation so even a nurse would do. But at the same time a lot of these things can be self taught and perfected over time especially with so many bodies just walking around. Yeah more people are going to die because there are no cancer treatments, open heart surgeries, pace makers, etc. But you're not going to have the equipment in most cases for all of that.

This isn't knowledge passed down from God to special prophets.
It's shit people go to school learning from books, answering tests, and practicing on cadavers ... which are walking around.

Im assuming your no guns but while there would be tons of ammo, ammo does go bad. Anyone who died with stockpiles of ammo and left it in a spot where rain or any kind of weather got to it, it would start to degrade. I shoot 8mm and sometimes with old late 30's early 40's ammo they fail to fire. I know that its only been 2 or so years in the show but its not entirely out of the realm of possibilty that ammo is hard to come by.
