7 episodes of political movements, illegal plots, high treason and voodoo magic.

Then in the last episode the king goes 'lol just kill him' and a ton of soldiers with rifles get outgunned by 20 men and women with pistols, and they get away from London on a ship and make it to the Atlantic completely untroubled by THE MOST POWERFUL NAVAL FORCE IN ALL HISTORY.

And the voodoo was just pretending and his sister kills herself so that story went nowhere.

Aside from the memes it was a huge power-fantasy for Tom Hardy to act tough. The story is utter shit.
