I dream I am on the Island in Dragon Ball Z where Master Roshi lives, everything is calm and serene, the ocean is flat. I look over the Horizon but all I can feel is a sense of dread, suddenly the sky opens, a literal, defining crack sounds and all I can hear is static, I look the distance and I see pic related. Everything turns red and I fall to the ground in the metal position, I feel the waves of heat rolling over me and the sounds of static gets louder until eventually I wake up.

It's probably the most hectic dreams I have ever had, feel pain from loud static, feel waves of heat rolling over me.

Not fun. I also sleep walk almost every other night, have destroyed some things in my sleep and have paralysis attacks semi-often.

The only thing which actually helps is drugs, mainly pot. When I stop smoking, shit hits the fan in my sleep.

Ever since I taught myself lucid dreaming I had nightmares every night for years where I die and I wake up in sleep paralysis and then my brain hallucinates the nightmares into reality while I can't move.

I keep a dim light on to sleep as light as possible and avoid dreams since mine are all negative. It mostly works.

I had a dream once where I kept falling off high places like cliffs and towers and shit and I'd feel that twist in my gut like I was falling every time and right when I hit the ground I'd immediately come to in the next place I would fall off of
