Depends on The Beast's requirements. Does Kevin et al. have to eat X amount of flesh to awaken The Beast? If so, then Dunn only has to catch him between feedings and it's Superman vs DID man.

Obviously for cinematic purposes, that won't happen, but in a more realistic scenario, Dunn would win.

What? The Horde/Beast is awakened it doesn't require feeding to come out, he already had super tough skin and superstrength when he killed the doctor BEFORE he touched the girls.

Why did the girl compare Kevin to Mr. Glass at the end? It's been years since I saw it but Mr. Glass didn't have multiple personalities, nor was he super strong.

Also, Mr. Glass didn't set anything in motion at the end of the first film. The terrorist attacks prior to his capture were just to find a superhuman being which he did.

That alone grants him that nickname. You literally cannot lift the guy up without breaking something. It's completely feasible to give him a "supervillain" nickname after what he did.

The Beast seems to have a lot more mobility than Dunn. Also it's unclear if Dunn's son actually did shoot him, if the bullet would bounce off like the it did for the Beast. It's obviously going to come down to Dunn outwitting the Beast, possibly by reading his past and finding a weakness.
