I loved this show all the way until the end. The most predictable, worst possible ending for such a good show. I still love it and will probably watch it again but I'm bitter about that.

The conclusion was that Kurtweil got his punishment, Sister Mary got a purpose and Lenny showed himself to the public.
I think its fine to leave the part about his parents open for a next season, since its the overarching problem that causes most of his other flaws and problems.
