Barbarella is also a big product of it's time so it would only be made today as a meta comedy instead of a free spirited fun campy sci-fi.

I just like to say that I love the overral universe and absurd lore of Barbarella. The concept of a violenceless future where everyone is open is nice. But most of all, the look and feel of the film is what makes it a cult classic.
