It's predictable. The dialogue is shit. The action scenes are great, but it has no tension in it and you just know that Keanu Reeves will kill every motherfucker because's he so bad-ass.

Theon Greyjoy's acts didn't make sense at all. Why the fuck didn't he just kill Keanu? He was a nobody to him. But one thing that had to die was his dog. Makes so much sense.

That night club scene... the bad guys knew that Keanu, the greatest hitman of the world, was coming... but still left the club open for massive collateral damage?
