OP Here. I've seen Dead End. Other than a few weird moments and Ray Wise hamming it up, I'm not a huge fan of this movie. I guess what I want is something critically well received but accessible for a date. Something like The Shining moves too slowly, and Drag Me To Hell (or any other Sam Raimi flick) is too goofy.
