Mhhm is better for lots of reasons.
PB is necessarily constrained by Netflix and suffers for it; case in point, the finale of S1. The only thing worse than being edgy to the point of cringey is trying to be edgy and failing, which is exactly what PB does (sans the WW1 flashbacks). Also, not enough fucking episodes. Murphy's performance basically carries the show. Otherwise, it wouldn't be nearly as memorable.

Also, Hardy is simply a better actor.

Peaky Blinders is a soap opera. It's what I think about whenever someone shit's on Mad Men for being a soap opera just because 'nothing happens' in it, while PB is full of cheap, nonsensical drama just to have something happen, which is the actual mark of a soap.
